About G-14-4, Islamabad

G-14-4 is one of the most historically significant sub-sectors of Sector G-14 in Islamabad, and what sets it apart from its siblings G-14-1, G-14-2 and G-14-3 is its origin. While the other three sub-sectors were launched under FGEHA Phase-IV in 2004, G-14-4 belongs to FGEHA Phase-III, which was launched back in 1996 making it one of the older and more legally mature FGEHA housing schemes in the G-14 cluster. The sector was acquired through the Land Acquisition Collector (LAC) under the LAC Act 1894, and initial development was awarded by CDA to Frontier Works Organization (FWO). Since March 2015, in compliance with Wafaqi Mohtasib findings, all infrastructure development and maintenance work has been carried out by FGEHA directly, giving allottees greater confidence and transparency in the development process. With a total of 6,065 plots across Phase-III, G-14-4 represents a large and well-planned residential community in the heart of Islamabad's northwestern zone.

Geographically, G-14-4 sits in Zone-I of the Islamabad Master Plan, nestled in the northwestern part of the city within the FGEHA belt. The sub-sector is bordered by G-14-3 on one side and lies at the outer edge of the G-14 cluster, offering a semi-hilly terrain typical of the Margalla foothills region. This gives G-14-4 a naturally scenic and peaceful environment with cooler temperatures, fresh air and green surroundings a stark contrast to the congested city center. The sector is connected to the main Sirinagar Highway via G-14 Markaz, making it accessible from the rest of Islamabad. PIMS and Poly Clinic Hospital are reachable within 20 to 25 minutes via sirinagar Highway. Schools and colleges in G-13 and G-14 Markaz serve the daily educational needs of residents, and FGEHA has actively invited reputed educational institutions to establish campuses in the G-14 cluster. For water supply, FGEHA has been providing clean water through private water tankers while a permanent water conduction main from Shah Allah Ditta reservoir to G-13 and G-14 sectors has been approved and is underway which will permanently resolve the long-standing water shortage issue in this area.

From an investment standpoint, G-14-4 stands out as one of the most promising and undervalued plots destinations in Islamabad right now. Rehabilitation and infrastructure development works of G-14-4 have been formally awarded and are in progress with full swing according to official FGEHA sources, with the authority committed to completing the said works at the earliest.
